Marshmellow S'more bars!
So I hope you guys have seen AND tried my S'more bars! And if you haven't, then SHAME ON YOU! ;)
Anyway...so I decided to remake them but this time I used a half cup more marshmallows when making them. I also added a bunch of mini marshmallows into it right before laying it into the pan. Then I stuck some on the top just for looks (and taste). And let me just say that this time, they turned out 1000 times better!!! I could eat soooooo many!! The extra marshmallows make it softer and give it a more interesting texture and taste. I'll link the actual recipe so you can get to it...and try it for yourself! PLEASE comment and let me know how you think they turned out!

Pretzel Buckeyes!
Hey guys! So yesterday I was craving peanut butter and
chocolate. So…I decided to make some pretzel buckeyes! And they turned out
GOOD! So here’s the recipe I used (it will make about 18-22 depending on how
big you make them):
1 Cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons butter
A dash of salt
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 ¼ cup powdered sugar
Stick pretzels
Chocolate chips
First mix the peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and salt until
it’s creamy. You can use a beater if you want but I just stuck to the old
school wooden spoon :)
Eventually it got so hard to stir that I just used my hands. When you’re done it should look like this
Throw a few handfuls of pretzels in a bag and crush them. You still want them to be in chunks but small enough to roll into balls
Now, take a pinch of the peanut butter “dough” and a bunch of crushed pretzels and roll them into bite sized balls on a cookie sheet. Then place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Last, melt a bunch of chocolate
chips and coat the buckeyes in them.
I lied, there’s one more step ;)
Now, you have to enjoy them and eat
them all before anyone else finds them! Good luck and happy baking!
